Our Services
Three Services. One Focus.
Adil Pewaris offers three distinct inheritance law services, each designed to address a specific stage or circumstance in the estate process — from early planning to formal court proceedings.
Back to HomeHow We Work
Our Approach to Every Matter
Our method across all three services begins with listening. Before any drafting or representation commences, we take the time to understand the full picture — the people involved, the assets in question, any particular sensitivities within the family, and what the client actually needs from the process. We find that this initial investment of time saves considerably more time later.
We confirm our instructions and fees in writing before any work begins. For each matter, one advocate is responsible throughout — there is no handoff. We provide written updates at meaningful intervals and remain available by phone or written enquiry during office hours. Where something changes in a matter's scope, we discuss this with the client before proceeding.
